Welcome to the St. Louis IAHSP Regional Chapter! The St. Louis Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP™) was founded in April of 2007 to provide a professional business association for Accredited Home Staging Professionals (ASP™) in the state of Missouri and surrounding areas. We are the first Chapter in the state of Missouri and take great pride in setting the benchmark for excellence for all future Chapters in our state. It is our privilege to serve all counties and outlying areas throughout Missouri and Illinois until Chapters are formed in those areas. Our goal is to foster growth, unity and networking among our peers in the professional Home Staging community. Through our efforts we will continue to raise the standards of professional Home Staging and broaden our scope of professional Home Staging services.
To join the STLIRC, members must be licensed business owners in the State of Missouri, Illinois or outlying regions and provide Home Staging Services or Interior Re-designing services. Members must be an ASP™, ASPM™ or an ASP™ Real Estate Agent. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct. The annual World Wide Staging Service Project is also coordinated at the Chapter level.
Our Chapter meets on the Second Tuesday of each month. We network and discuss ways that we can collectively expand the Home Staging industry in this area. We welcome all levels of ASP’s, especially the new graduates that need the support of other professionals to help create a unified marketing approach for their own businesses. Anyone is welcome to attend two monthly Chapter meetings as a “guest” before deciding to join, however you must be an ASP or ASPM and member of IAHSP, both in good standing to join the Chapter. Annual STLIRC membership dues are $60.00.
